Work Instructions

Step 1 In a circle of steps in the installation position of the lamp board in the shell, the self-developed electric adjustment lamp board is put into the designated position of the upper cover according to the anti-fool direction, and then locked with 2 M3 * 6_ stainless steel cross disc head machine tooth screws, torque 0.5 ± 0.05NM, AB glue is poured into the cover screwhead, waiting for curing
Use tools & fixtures 1. Electric Screwdriver
2. Torque Calibrator
Operational special requirements 1. No abnormal locking of the screwdriver
2. No leakage locking of the screwdriver
3. No abnormal torque
4. Transparent AB glue weight ratio A: B = 3:1, mix evenly. After pouring, solidify for 1 hour
5. No leakage of glue

Step 2 Lock the ESC lamp cover to the upper cover with 2 M3 * 6_ stainless steel cross head machine screws, torque: 0.5 ± 0.05NM
Use tools & fixtures 1. Electric Screwdriver
2. Torque Calibrator
Operational special requirements 1. No abnormal locking of the screwdriver
2. No leakage locking of the screwdriver
3. No abnormal torque

Step 3 Attach capacitive thermal pads and copper strip thermal pads to the inner side of the upper cover
Use tools & fixtures 1. ESC assembly fixture
Operational special requirements 1. Thermal pad without leakage
2. Thermal pad without floating or damage

Step 4 Put the main board into the upper cover in the specified direction, and then lock it with 7 3 * 6_ stainless steel cross disc head machine teeth, torque: 0.5 ± 0.05NM

2. Torque calibrator
3. Electric adjustment assembly fixture
Operational special requirements 1. No abnormal locking of the screwdriver
2. No leakage locking of the screwdriver
3. No abnormal torque

General requirements
1. Operators must wear anti-static wrists and finger covers or gloves
2. The workbench should always be kept clean and tidy
3. If you find three similar abnormalities, please report to the production line administrator immediately
4. Label the defective parts and place them in the designated defective product placement box
