Work Instructions
| Step 1 | Attach thermal pads 2 & 3 & 4 according to the illustrated position. |
| Use tools & fixtures | 1. ESC assembly fixture |
| Operational special requirements | 1. Thermal pad without leakage 2. Thermal pad without floating or damage |

| Step 2 | Attach the thermal pad 1 as shown in the figure. |

| Operational special requirements | 1. Thermal pad without leakage 2. Thermal pad without floating or damage |

| Step 3 | Lock the upper and lower shells with 6 M3 * 10_304 stainless steel thin head hexagonal machine tooth screws, torque: 0.6 ± 0.06NM, and then lock 1 breathable valve, torque: 0.4 ± 0.04NM |
| Use tools & fixtures | 1. Electric Screwdriver 2. Torque calibrator 3. Electric adjustment assembly fixture |
| Operational special requirements | 1. No abnormal locking of the screwdriver 2. No leakage locking of the screwdriver 3. No abnormal torque |

| Step 4 | Use 704BL glue to insert into the groove of the upper and lower shells and implement curing |

| Operational special requirements | 1. Glue without leakage 2. Glue without overflow 3. There is no visual gap between the glue and the shell after it is injected |

| General requirements |
| 1. Operators must wear anti-static wrists and finger covers or gloves |
| 2. The workbench should always be kept clean and tidy |
| 3. If you find three similar abnormalities, please report to the production line administrator immediately |
| 4. Label the defective parts and place them in the designated defective product placement box |
