Work Instructions
| Step 1 | Insert the four-in-one wire harness, data transmission antenna adapter cable, and spiral positioning antenna adapter cable into the lower cover according to their respective anti-stupidity boss positions, and lock a total of 8 M3 * 10 round-headed cross mechanical tooth screws, torque: 0.5 ± 0.05NM |

| Operational special requirements | 1. No abnormalities in the installation position 2. No leakage lock for the bolt 3. No abnormalities in the bolt lock 4. No abnormalities in the torque calibration |

| Step 2 | Use 704BL glue to point glue in three wire grooves, and then attach various heat dissipation pads to the specified positions |
| Use tools & fixtures | 1. Assembly fixture |
| Operational special requirements | 1. No leakage of the heat dissipation pad 2. No damage or floating of the heat dissipation pad 3. No leakage of the glue and fill the wire groove 4. The glue does not overflow, interfering with the waterproof rubber ring and PCBA installation |

| Step 3 | Put the avionics main board into the lower shell according to the diagonal positioning column position, lock a total of 6 M2.5 * L6 mechanism bolts, torque: 0.5 ± 0.05NM |

| Operational special requirements | 1. No abnormalities in the installation position 2. No leakage lock for the screwdriver 3. No abnormalities in the screwdriver lock 4. No abnormalities in the torque calibration 5. Check and mark the screwdriver after the lock is completed |

| Step 4 | Remove the card line adhesive and stick it tightly to the designated pad position on the main board, insert the antenna on the right into the line card, and finally insert the other antennas and each wire harness connector into the designated position in the anti-fool direction, and then attach a avionics V2 heat dissipation silicone pad 3 to the middle of the designated exposed copper area on the board |

| General requirements |
| 1. Operators must wear anti-static wrists and finger covers or gloves |
| 2. The workbench should always be kept clean and tidy |
| 3. If you find three similar abnormalities, please report to the production line administrator immediately |
| 4. Label the unqualified parts and place them in the designated defective product placement box |
