Work Instructions
| Step 1 | Inject an appropriate amount of thermal conductive gel into the designated area on the bot surface of the PCBA, and attach a P401 thermal conductive silicone pad to the chip position shown in the figure, and finally cover it with the corresponding shielding cover |
| Use tools & fixtures |
|
| Operational special requirements | 1. The amount of gel in the thermal conductive gel must be able to contact the upper shielding cover. 2. The thermal conductive gel must completely cover the device. 3. The silicone pad should not be missed |

| Step 2 | Attach six conductive foams to the center of the exposed copper area as shown in the figure, and the conductive foams are strictly prohibited from contacting peripheral components |
| Use tools & fixtures |
|
| Operational special requirements | 1. Conductive foam without leakage 2. Conductive foam does not exceed the copper layer area where it is attached 3. Conductive foam does not float |

| Step 3 | Specify the perimeter of the shield on the PCBA TOP surface by clocking in Fotte glue to connect the top cover to the base |
| Use tools & fixtures |
|
| Operational special requirements | 1. Glue without leakage 2. Glue connects the upper cover of the shielding cover to the base |

| Step 4 | Attach the plastic wire card to the exposed copper on the surface, press it tightly, turn the wire card opening to the right, and then clock in the designated shielding cover peripheral position to connect the upper cover and the base |
| Use tools & fixtures |
|
| Operational special requirements | 1. Glue without leakage 2. Glue connects the upper cover of the shielding cover to the base 3. Wire card without leakage and press tightly |
