Work Instructions
| Step 1 | 1. The medicine box is placed in the center, the tripod _ left, the tripod _ right are combined and assembled from both sides of the medicine box according to the figure, until the upper beam and the main beam _ right three through holes are inserted to the end; |

| Step 2 | 1. Use 1 M5 * 50 stainless steel flange inner hexagon machine tooth bolt to lock the tee outer cover and front crossbeam to the designated position _ left front of the tripod and lock it; torque: 1.5 ± 0.15N.m. 2. Then use 4 M5 * 16 cup head stainless steel flange hexagonal machine tooth bolts to lock and reinforce the outer cover of the tee and the front crossbeam; torque: 1.5 ± 0.51 N.m. |

| Step 3 | 1. Assemble the pre-installed spacer and pre-installed screwdriver together according to the diagram and requirements; 2. Use 2 pre-installed screwdriver assemblies to lock the rear lower crossbeam to the designated position _ left and _ right of the tripod as shown in the figure; Torque: 2 ± 0.2N.m |

| Step 4 | 1. Lock the shaft connecting plates of the upper weighing W1 and W2 and the connecting bracket of the upper weighing medicine box together with one plug-in screw8-35-M6 chamfered hole and one M6 anti-loosening nut; torque: 2.0 ± 0.2N.m Insert the two R-shaped elastic opening pins into the designated position of the plug bolt head according to the diagram and insert them into place. |

| Operational special requirements | 1. No leakage lock for bolts/nuts 2. No abnormal torque 3. No abnormal locking of bolts/nuts 4. No leakage of R-type pin elastic opening pin 5. No abnormal assembly of R-type pin elastic opening pin 6. Nut facing the head |

| General requirements |
| 1. Operators must wear anti-static wrists and finger covers or gloves |
| 2. The workbench should always be kept clean and tidy |
| 3. If you find three similar abnormalities, please report to the production line administrator immediately |
| 4. Label the unqualified parts and place them in the designated defective product placement box |
