Work Instructions

Step 1

1. First, use one M5 * 16 stainless steel flange hexagonal machine tooth bolt to lock the left fixed seat and the right fixed seat of the spray rod according to the diagram to the designated position of the tripod; torque: 2.5 ± 0.5N.m
2. Then use 4 M5 * 16 stainless steel flange hexagonal machine tooth screws to lock the left fixed seat and the right fixed seat of the spray rod with the rear lower crossbeam tee as shown in the figure; torque: 2.5 ± 0.5N.m
3. Finally, use one M5 * 50 stainless steel flange hexagonal machine tooth bolt to lock and reinforce the nozzle rod fixing seat and tripod according to the diagram; torque: 2.5 ± 0.5N.m

2. Torque Calibrator
Operational special requirements 1. Screen without leakage lock
2. Torque without abnormality
3. Screen lock without abnormality
4. Screen gasket without leakage
5. All screws are operated according to the requirements of the picture and text

Step 2 1. First, use 3 pieces of M4 * 12_ stainless steel flange hexagonal machine tooth screws to lock the left connecting rod of the spray rod fixing seat and the right connecting rod of the spray rod fixing seat to the designated position of the tripod according to the figure; torque: 2.5 ± 0.5N.m
2. Then use 2 M5 * 50 stainless steel flanged hexagonal machine tooth bolts and 2 M5 flanged nylon flat disc anti-loosening nuts to lock and reinforce the nozzle rod fixing seat connecting rod and tripod; torque: 2.5 ± 0.5N.m

2. Torque Calibrator
Operational special requirements 1. No leakage lock for the screwdriver
2. No abnormal torque
3. No abnormal locking for the screwdriver
4. All screwdrivers are coated with thread glue

Step 3 1. Insert one water pipe nut into each inner/outer centrifugal spray rod water pipe, align the water pipe with the check valve according to the diagram, and tighten the water pipe nut.
Use tools & fixtures 1. Open ratchet wrench
Operational special requirements 1. Water pipe nut without leakage lock
2. The nozzle pipe and check valve interface are plugged in without abnormalities
3. The assembly position of the internal centrifugal nozzle pipe and the external centrifugal nozzle pipe is correct

Step 4 1. Use 1 M3 * 10_ stainless steel cup head hexagonal knurling machine tooth screws to lock the 2 spray line cards to the designated position of the tripod according to the diagram and lock them; torque: 0.3 ± 0.03N.m

2. Torque Calibrator
Operational special requirements 1. No leakage lock for the screwdriver
2. No abnormality in torque
3. No abnormality in the screwdriver lock
4. No leakage in the wire card
5. The wire buckle faces the medicine box uniformly and the hexagonal surface of the screwdriver faces outward uniformly

General requirements
1. Operators must wear anti-static wrists and finger covers or gloves
2. The workbench should always be kept clean and tidy
3. If you find three similar abnormalities, please report to the production line administrator immediately
4. Label the unqualified parts and place them in the designated defective product placement box
